Bryan Simmons is one of the founding members of “Bayou Stampede.” Bryan functions as the Band Manager, booking agent, sound technician, and equipment supervisor among many other roles.
Bryan is one of our resident cowboys and has been in the event / music industry for 30+ years as an entertainer and D.J.
From his cowboy hat to his cowboy boots, Bryan brings an infectious good-time, high energy, country barnstorming performance to every venue.
Jason brings a powerful voice, natural stage presence, and a passion for connecting with audiences through music. With a versatile style spanning country, Southern rock, classic rock, and today’s favorites, he delivers every song with energy, emotion, and authenticity. Known for engaging a crowd and keeping the party going, Jason adds a dynamic dimension to the Bayou Stampede sound. Whether delivering a heartfelt ballad, a country singalong, or a high-energy rock anthem, his love for performing shines through. Jason is a true entertainer who understands that great live music is about creating memorable experiences. His professionalism, charisma, and dedication make him a valuable part of the Bayou Stampede Family. We’re excited to have his talent on stage and can’t wait for everyone to hear him live.
Joe “Hot Rod” Lincoln is one of the founding members of “Bayou Stampede.”
Joe is our cool bass player and is the “foundation” of the sound, providing the low-end rhythm and harmonic backbone by creating the “groove” for every song. Joe provides a steady, driving bass line that connects the melody to the rhythm, essentially creating the groove and feel of the music.
Joe has been playing bass for 20+ years and has an impressive resume’. Joe previously performed at Jazz Fest New Orleans as the bass player for local favorite “Christian Serpas and Ghost Town.”
A seasoned musician with years of experience on stages across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, Andy brings exceptional guitar skills, strong vocals, and a passion for entertaining to every crowd he plays for. Known for his versatility, professionalism, and energetic stage presence, Andy has performed everything from classic rock and country to blues and Southern rock, sharing the stage with numerous talented musicians throughout his career. Whether he’s laying down a soaring guitar solo or delivering a powerful vocal performance, Andy’s love for music shines through in every song. His talent, experience, and dedication make him a perfect fit for the Bayou Stampede family.
Tony brings a lifetime of musical experience, solid groove, and powerful energy behind the drum kit. Known for his versatility and steady timekeeping, Tony has built a reputation as a dependable and talented drummer who knows how to keep a band locked in and a dance floor moving. Whether it’s country, classic rock, Southern rock, blues, or today’s favorites, Tony’s dynamic style and musical instincts provide the heartbeat that drives every performance. Beyond his technical skill, Tony is a true team player whose passion for live music and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Bayou Stampede family. His experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm help create the exciting, high-energy shows our fans have come to expect.
Bayou Stampede Band is a Slidell, Louisiana based country and classic rock cover band established in November 2023. The band plays local venues on the Northshore and Southshore of Lake Pontchartrain including “The Blue Crab (Slidell & New Orleans),” “Gilligil’s Island,” “Triangle Square,” “The Barn @ Ground Pat’i in Kenner,” “Katz Lounge,” “Trackside Bar & Grill,” “Mimi’s Country Kitchen,” & “Hidden Oaks Campground” as well as larger festivals and fairs like “The Slidell Food & Fun Festival,” “The Crawfish Festival,” and “The Louisiana Food Truck Festival!” We’re also happy to add Bay St. Louis, Mississippi to our list of performance areas. We had a blast playing at “Buoy’s Bar” for the BSL Witches Walk and have been honored to be a part of the live music resurgence at the “Silver Slipper Casino – Stage Bar.” Our popularity took off like a rocket and our following increased exponentially! We are thankful to all of the Bayou Stampede Fan-Fam and venues for continuing to support local live music and inviting us back!
